Customer Service / RETURN POLICY
All non-custom, like-new items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full purchase refund, excluding shipping charges. A copy of your order or an email from our customer service center granting approval of return must be included in all return packages. All returns will be refunded to the customer’s original form of payment within one week of receiving the returned item.
Any product that has been fully customized through a cooperative effort between the customer and our team cannot be returned unless the item was damaged upon receipt. This will be determined on a case by case basis by our customer service team.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending returned item(s) back to our facilities.
